An der Grenze, das Gedächtnis which could be translated to English as "At the limit, the memory" is possibly the most intuitive and unfiltered piece I wrote since many years. This piece has a very simple form that repeats four times in ritardando. It is an appeal to memory and noise; my homage to a composer I very much admire and with whom I learned to think about memory: Morton Feldman.
